Free mediation for family disputes may be used also online 15.05.2020


The Council of Certified Mediators offers free of charge consultations of mediators in family disputes also online, in order to provide support to families for settlement of the disputes and disagreements, affecting the interests of children.

From 1 January 2020 the Ministry of Justice in cooperation with the Council of Certified Mediators implements the project “Free Mediation in Family Disputes”, within the framework of which it is possible to receive free services of a certified mediator for settlement of different kind of family disputes related to the interests of children. The first five mediation session, each of 60 minutes long, are provided free of charge within the framework of the project.

This year the possibility to settle disagreements through a certified mediator within the framework of the project has been used by persons in one hundred cases.
